Sales Account Executive


Permanent, 35 Hours, Ripon, North Yorkshire, Competitive Salary

There is an incredible opportunity to join the Sales and Marketing team within a specialist e-commerce, sales and distribution company. We represent a wide range of major UK and international brands, promoting and selling their products to consumers and corporate markets.

This is a varied and multi skilled, target driven role, requiring excellent customer service and time management skills. Responsible for all first line customer contact with B2B clients, ongoing account management and sales growth within your designated account base; you must be commercially aware and show enthusiasm and commitment to deliver B2B growth and achieve company sales targets.


Responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

•Pro-active outbound sales calls to existing and lapsed client base to generate leads and opportunities.
•Account management of a designated account base.
•Maintaining the client relationship and maximising sales opportunities through regular client contact.
•Attend client meetings (both internally and externally).
•Distribution of sales material following new business enquiries.


What competencies and skills are required?

•Proven sales and account management experience (ideally B2B).
•Confident communicator- both verbal and non-verbal communication.
•Ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
•Excellent communication and customer service skills.
•Ability to represent and promote a range of brands.
•Commercial awareness.
•Ability to understand and work with various IT systems.
